FAQs
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?Once subscribed, you can add as many video edit requests to your queue as you'd like. They will be delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive my videos?It depends on how complex the video edits are. On average, they take 2 days and sometimes as quick as 1 day.
How do I submit the videos?You'll receive access to a Basecamp project – where you'll be able to manage your video edits. Easily view active, queued, and completed tasks.
Why can't I edit videos myself?You can! But as a business owner, your time is best spent on building your business. Not editing videos. Leave the editing grunt-work to us.
Is there a refund if I don't like the service?Due to the nature of work, we don't offer refunds. However, you can unsubscribe anytime.
Who is the video editor?As a start-up, we have one guy! His name is Sri Barattan, and he's amazing. You'll be working directly with him.
What if I don't like the video?Just request for us to make changes or re-edit it. We'll continue to revise until you're 100% happy.
How do I pause the subscription?As a business ourselves, we understand that you sometimes may not have enough video work to fill up the entire month. You can always choose to pause your subscription.Billing cycles happens every 31 days. If you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause – you'd have 10 days remaining to be used anytime when you continue.
